At the moment we have more than 2,000 participants from over 70 countries of the world. Unfortunatly we have only limited capacities that registrations for the congress are no longer possible!

The full participation fee includes admission to all sessions of the congress programme including the opening and closing ceremony, the get-together party, coffee and lunch breaks. Participation at additional events may be charged extra. Kindly note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Payment
All amounts are payable in EURO. Payment is possible by bank transfer or credit card. For payment by credit card we accept American Express, MasterCard and VISA. On-site you can pay in cash or by credit card only. Please quote the name of the participant on every giro transfer form. For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of all names. All bank charges must be paid by the participant. We can only consider bank transfers when received on our congress account before 10 June 2010. After this date, it is necessary to pay the fee on site in the congress office.

Cancellation
Cancellations have to be made to CTW in writing only. In the event of cancellation before 15 April 2010, 50% of the registration fees shall be refunded. Afterward fees can no longer be refunded. We are sorry that the substitution of delegates is not possible.
Liability
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, social programme and to all other information provided. Neither the organisers nor CTW Congress Organisation Thomas Wiese GmbH are liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons are attending the congress and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility.
